Pair your meal with hand-crafted drinks like our original Pandan Iced Coffee, or finish with a Pandan Waffle or a warm bun filled with housemade kaya.

Many of our most loyal guests are expats from across Southeast Asia who came for a taste of home and ended up becoming friends. Shioketh is owned and operated by a Singaporean girl who fell in love with Hawaii but missed the familiar tastes of Singapore’s many food courts and hawker centres. Drawing on a lifetime of living in Singapore and being immersed in its rich food culture, she brings an authentic touch to every dish we serve.
Shioketh’s name is a playful blend of the Singlish word “shiok” and “shooketh.” Our goal is to provide fun, casual food options with distinct Singaporean flavors that leave our guests both satisfied and craving for more.
